                           Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that between 24 October and 19 November 2007, it
purchased 24,750 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 198.586p per share
to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 10,900,000 Ordinary Shares of which 98,500
are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares
for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted
by its Members.
