                           Transaction in Own Shares



The Company announces that, on 2 February 2007, it acquired 20,000 Ordinary
shares in the Company at an average price of 105.25p per share to be held in
Treasury pending cancellation. The Company's issued share capital now comprises
11,280,000 Ordinary 1p shares.


Additionally, the Company is pleased to report that the remaining £200,000 of
the loan to its parent company, Sion Holdings Limited ('Sion'), was repaid on 30
January 2007.
