                           Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that between 14 and 22 August 2007, it purchased 139,500
Ordinary Shares at an average price of 175.8630p per share to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 10,900,000 Ordinary Shares of which 87,500 are held
in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury
when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
