  CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING 

On 29 July 2009, the Company received notification that on 24 July 2009 

Mr Gary Stevens disposed of 1,200,000 Ordinary shares of 50p at a price of 39p per share. Following the disposal Gary Stevens holds 2,308,772 shares which represent 3.43% of the issued share capital in the Company.
