Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Directorate Change

JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 27 June 2013 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 February 2013 ("Annual Report")

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting

·     Proxy Form

A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from 24 May 2013.

The Company also announces that Colin Archer, Senior Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board of the Company on 30 September 2013, having served on the Board since his appointment in 2001.
