JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Friday 22 July 2022 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 January 2022 (the "Annual Report")

· Notice of Annual General Meeting

· Proxy Form
