Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 29 June 2017 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 January 2017 ("Annual Report")

· Notice of Annual General Meeting

· Proxy Form
