Update re: Proposed Share Sub-division and Notice of General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion plc ("Company") announces that further to the announcement on 5 October 2021 regarding the proposed share sub-division that the General Meeting due to be held on 28 October 2021 has been postponed. It is expected that a revised date for the General Meeting will be set towards the end of November 2021.

A further announcement will be made to confirm the revised date of the General Meeting as well the expected timetable of events.
