Directorate Changes



Following Derek Maltwood's retirement from the Company's Board at the end of the
Company's AGM yesterday, the Board, at its meeting later that afternoon, elected
Geoffrey Grime, who has served on the Board since 2003, to succeed Mr Maltwood
as Chairman.



The Company also wishes to advise that its Chief Executive, Mike Liston, has
indicated his intention to retire from the Company at the end of 2008. The Board
are currently engaged on a recruitment process in order to identify a successor.
