                              CLASS 2 TRANSACTION

                                 DART GROUP PLC


Dart Group PLC announces that it has signed a contract to acquire two Boeing 737
aircraft from Credit Lyonnais in Singapore.


The consideration will be met from existing cash and bank facilities.


The aircraft will be used to further expand the Group's aviation operations.
