Director's Shareholding

Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, has today purchased 15,000 Dart Group PLC
ordinary 5p shares at a price of 272p. These shares will be held in a SIP.

Mike Forder has also sold 6,409 5p ordinary shares at a price of 268p. These
shares were formerly held in an ISA.

These trades take his total holding in the Company to 18,000 shares.
