Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that Stephen Heapy, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 6,244 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 July 2022, at £8.01 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Heapy beneficially holds a total of 267,409 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
