Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 14 December 2023, Mark Laurence, Non-Executive Director, transferred 150,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to The MCMLXIII Fund, an FCA authorised fund, in exchange for shares in that fund.

Following this transaction, Mr Laurence and his wife hold a total of 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
