Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 12 September 2024 Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Company, purchased 1,801 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £14.03 per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Kentleton beneficially holds a total of 1,801 Ordinary Shares representing 0.00083% of the Company's issued share capital.
