Exercise of unapproved share options


The Company has been notified today that on 6 December 2006, Mike Forder,
Group Finance Director, exercised unapproved share options for 100,000 shares
at a price of 31.25p per share. All of the shares were retained by Mr Forder.
After this transaction, Mike Forder's disclosable interest in the Company is
307,120 shares, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.


These new ordinary shares have already been admitted to trading on AIM under the
Company's blocklisting arrangements.
