Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, has today bought 5,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at a price of 282.5p per share. His total shareholding in the
Company is now 25,000 ordinary shares, which represents 0.07% of the Company's
issued share capital. These shares will be held in a SIPP.
