Significant shareholding

The Company received notification on 9 January 2007 that Schroders plc has an
interest in an aggregate of 21,781,156 ordinary shares in the Company, which are
held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements with Schroder Investment Management Limited and its
associates and subsidiaries. This holding represents 15.48% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
