 Resignation of Director

Dart Group PLC the Leisure Airline, Package Holidays and Distribution & Logistics Group announces that after almost six years with the Company, Andrew Merrick, Group Finance Director will be leaving to join Irwin Mitchell, a national top 20 UK law firm, in April 2013.

We are grateful for Andrew's continuing valuable contribution to our growth and development. 

Recruitment of a replacement will commence shortly.
