                            HALF-YEAR TRADING UPDATE

Dart Group PLC ('the Group'), the low-cost airline and distribution group,
reports on its first half trading.

Trading for the first half of the current financial year ending 31st March, 2007
has been satisfactory and remains in line with current market expectations.

Fowler Welch-Coolchain has had an encouraging first half and enjoyed a number of
new business wins.

Jet2.com, the Group's low-cost airline, continues with its strategy of building
up its network in the North. Accordingly it has recently announced new routes
from each of its bases.
