John Lewis of Hungerford Plc ('the Company') announces that John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, notified it on 27 December 2013 that on the same day he sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares at 1.5 pence per share.  Following this disposal John Lewis holds 77,466,678 ordinary shares representing 41.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
