Directorate Change

John Lewis of Hungerford plc announces that Charlotte Hill-Baldwin, Sales and Marketing Director, has informed the Board she wishes to reduce her current responsibilities and time commitment to the business.  She will therefore resign as a director with effect from the end of the current financial year but will remain involved with the business to help further develop its marketing function.  The Company intends to appoint a new sales director in due course but in the interim period the role will be fulfilled by Jon Rosby, Managing Director.

Malcolm Hepworth, Chairman, commented "I would like to thank Charlotte for her contribution to the Board over the past six years and I am delighted she has agreed to continuing working with the business in a marketing capacity".
