The Board of Johnson Matthey announces that Dr Michael Cleare, Executive

Commenting on Dr Cleare's retirement the Chairman of Johnson Matthey, Michael
Miles, said:
'Dr Cleare has had a long and distinguished career with Johnson Matthey both
as a scientist of international stature and in a wide range of senior
