Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 ⁴⁹/₅₃ pence each from Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 3^rd July 2024 (the "Programme").

Lowest price paid per share:	1,625.00p
Highest price paid per share:	1,639.00p
Average price paid per share:	1,633.62p

The Company will cancel the purchased shares.
