Completion of the Acquisition of Facilities Management Business and
Disposal of Northern Ireland Business
Johnson Service Group PLC (Johnson) confirms that the acquisition of the
Workplace Management business from Chesterton International plc, announced on 13
October 2003, was completed on 28 October 2003.
Johnson also announces that it has completed the disposal of the whole of the
share capital of Central Laundries Limited (Central), the Group's textile rental
business in Northern Ireland. Net assets of Central were £1.5m at December
2002. Johnson expects to have a continuing working relationship with Central
in the servicing of national accounts.
