                                  Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities, of 500,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each fully paid ('New Ordinary Shares') in relation to an increase
in the Company's Blocklisting.


The application is being made in relation to future exercises of options and the
allotment of shares in relation to employee share options currently issued and
outstanding under the Company's Savings Related option scheme. All of the
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of
the Company.
