Johnson Service Group PLC 22 April 2002 22 April 2002 JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP PLC APPOINTMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE Johnson Service Group PLC, one of the largest textile rental operators and the leading drycleaning company in Britain, announces the appointment of Stuart Graham, aged 47, as Chief Executive, with effect from 1 June 2002. Stuart Graham, who is currently Group Chief Operating Officer of ISS A/S ('ISS '), replaces Richard Zerny who, as previously announced, retires on 30 April 2002. ISS, a Danish company listed on the Copenhagen and London Stock Exchanges, is one of the world's largest facility services providers with some 270,000 employees worldwide and revenue in excess of US$4bn. Mr Graham joined ISS in 1990. He has been a member of its three man Executive Board of Management since 1997 and Group Chief Operating Officer since 2000. Prior to joining ISS he worked with Lonrho and subsequently for Brengreen and BET. John Hancox, Chairman of Johnson Service Group, said: 'Stuart has a strong track record and wide international experience in the business support services sector.
