                            Blocklisting application

Application has been made for 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each fully paid to
be admitted to the Official List of the  UK Listing Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in relation to an
increase in the Company's existing Blocklisting. The 500,000 shares will, when
issued, be to satisfy exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share
Option Scheme.

The application is being made in relation to future exercises of options in
accordance with the scheme rules and therefore will not be allotted immediately
but when issued will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of
the Company.
