Proposed Changes in Responsibilities of Director
Johnson Service Group PLC, the textile related services and facilities
management Group, announces today that David Bryant, the Director responsible
for the drycleaning division, has advised the Board that he intends to retire
from the Company and the Board upon his reaching the age of 60 at the beginning
of October next year.
In anticipation of his retirement, David intends to hand over certain of his
executive responsibilities, including the role of managing director of Johnson
Cleaners UK Ltd, with effect from the end of December 2005. David will continue
to work within the drycleaning business as Special Projects Director and will
remain as a Director of Johnson Service Group PLC until his retirement.
