                                 Board change


Johnson Service Group PLC, the textile related services and facilities
management Group, announces today that it has accepted the resignation of David
Toon, the Director responsible for Rental and Corporatewear, from the Board with
effect from 1st December 2006.


Simon Sherrard, Chairman, said 'David joined the Board three years ago having
joined the Group with the Semara acquisition in 2000. I should like to thank him
for his contribution and wish him well for the future'.
