Further to the Company's announcement on 23 March 2007, Mr Charles Skinner has
been appointed as Chief Executive Officer with effect from today.



Mr Skinner has an interest in 75,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company
('Ordinary Shares'), registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Ltd.  This
represents approximately 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.



On appointment Mr Skinner has been granted an award under a Share Matching Plan
('Plan') under which he is required to hold the 75,000 shares for the life of
the Plan and will be entitled to receive up to 587,686 Ordinary Shares depending
upon the achievement of specified EPS and Relative TSR performance conditions
during the period to 31December 2010.
