APPROVED SAYE SHARE OPTION SCHEME

Johnson Service Group PLC has today granted share options under the approved Sharesave Plan over 2,472,807 shares (approximately 1% of the Company's issued share capital) at an option price of 18p per share.  The Sharesave Plan was approved by Shareholders at the Company's AGM on 17 June 2008. Of these options, 1,722,301 are normally exercisable between 1 June 2013 and 30 November 2013 and 750,506 between 1 June 2015 and 30 November 2015. As part of this grant, options have been awarded to the following Directors:-
