Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 8 March 2022, Jock Lennox , Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 107.9 pence per share.   Following the transaction, Jock Lennox has a beneficial interest in 72,000 Ordinary Shares.
