Non-Beneficial Interest of Directors

Johnson Service Group hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 329 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('The Act') that on 4th March 2003 the Company, no longer
have a non-beneficial interest in 155,127 of the shares held by the Trustee of
the Johnson Service Group PLC Incentive Plan.  The award of shares previously
allocated to Mr M A Sutton and Mr D Bryant pending achievement of specified
performance criteria will not vest in the individuals.
