James Wilkinson has today been appointed as a Trustee of the Johnson Brothers
Employee Benefit Trust, which holds 588,452 (1%) Ordinary shares in Johnson
Service Group PLC.



James Wilkinson as Trustee, and along with the 3 other Trustees, has a
non-beneficial interest in the shares held by the Trust.  There has been no
change in the holding of the Trust and James Wilkinson is not a beneficiary
under the terms of the Trust Deed.
