                               Drycleaning update



We announced in March 2006 that we had received an approach for our Drycleaning
division. Since that time, we have received a number of expressions of interest
in the business.



In order to extract the best value for shareholders, we have now decided to
conduct a formal auction for the sale of this division.  An update on this
process will be given at the time of the interim results in September 2006.
