Director Share Transactions and Total Voting Rights
The Company has today been notified of the following share transactions carried out by three of its Directors on 4 September 2013.
John Talbot, Executive Chairman, has exercised options under the Company's 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "2009 LTIP") over 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and subsequently sold 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 47.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, John Talbot has a beneficial interest in 6,163,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.36% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Yvonne Monaghan, Finance Director, has exercised options under the Company's 2009 LTIP over 833,333 Ordinary Shares and subsequently sold 833,333 Ordinary Shares at 47.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Yvonne Monaghan retains a beneficial interest in 136,823 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Christopher Sander, Managing Director of the Textile Services Division, has exercised options under the Company's 2009 LTIP over 666,666 Ordinary Shares and subsequently sold 666,666 Ordinary Shares at 47.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Christopher Sander retains a beneficial interest in 232,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Following these transactions, the Company's total share capital comprises 261,128,867 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. The above figure of 261,128,867 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
