                            Resignation of Director





Johnson Service Group PLC, the textile services and facilities management Group,
announces that it has accepted the resignation of Simon Moate, the Director
responsible for the Facilities Management Division, with effect from 31st July
2007.



The Board would like to thank Simon for his contribution to the Group over the
last 5 years of which 3 have been as a main Board Director and wish him well in
his new position.



The existing Managing Director of the Division will report directly to the CEO.
