                                 RESULT OF EGM



At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Group, which took place earlier
today, the resolution put to ordinary shareholders to approve the de-listing of
the Group's ordinary shares from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
(the 'Official List') and the main market of the London Stock Exchange, and
their admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange 
('AIM'), was duly passed.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the final day of dealings on the
Official List is expected to be 9 June 2008 and the first day of trading on AIM
is expected to be 10 June 2008.

A copy of the resolution will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
