As announced on 9 May 2008, as from 8:00 a.m. today, 10 June 2008, trading in Johnson Service Group PLC's ordinary shares ceased on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market of the London Stock Exchange and commenced on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
