In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31st May 2024 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 98,180,694 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 31st May 2024, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 183,453,216.

 

The above figure (183,453,216) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
