The Company announces that it has today purchased 82,092 ordinary shares into Treasury at 377.90 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 31,593,565 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 250,040,345.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
