The Company announces that it has today purchased 119,800 ordinary shares into Treasury at 377.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 40,617,525 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 241,016,385.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
