The Company announces that it has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 373.27 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 55,839,962 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 225,793,948.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
