The Company announces that it has today purchased 125,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 425.74 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 62,787,526 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 218,846,384.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
