Following the resignation of Andrew Sykes from the Board of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc, who will be stepping down on 20th June 2014, Ronald Gould has been appointed as acting Audit Committee Chairman. The process for appointing a Director to replace Mr Sykes is under way and an announcement will be made as soon as an individual has been identified.
