The Board is pleased to announce that, in order to better reflect the Company's current investment and dividend policies, the Company has today changed its name to JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc. The London Stock Exchange mnemonic (TIDM) will also change from JAI to JAGI with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 14 February 2020. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
