CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 9,086 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 160,276,367 Ordinary shares and 31,731,592 Subscription shares.
