CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 307,490 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 162,486,136 Ordinary shares and 29,521,823 Subscription shares.
