JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that on 16th April 2010 it issued 99 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 179,327,639 Ordinary shares and 11,920,320 Subscription shares.
