CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 220,486 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 160,680,560 Ordinary shares and 31,327,399  Subscription shares.
